December 2005: Concerning our use of words.
- Do not blaspheme, build up each other with words of hope and encouragement.
- Stop our voice, fasting: normally we use our voice for selfish gain. Let's turn our words for good.
- Do not blaspheme the name of the Lord: fear and reverence for the reality of Heaven and Hell
Pray for others rather than my own self, to bless others than myself, to serve rather than to be served.

- email my care group network to encourage being on time for worship.
- give and take away, blessed be the name of God: He paints
our lives with both bright and dark colors. (e.g. Bruce
Almighty). Trust Him in all things, praise Him in all.
- In our pain, learn to emphasize the need of others, and pray for
them when we feel our need. (Share my experience in the Spiritual
Gems collection.)
